 Homeless individuals in Rwanda have been relocated to the Ubwiza Modern Village, where they have expressed their gratitude and appreciation to the President of the Republic for providing them with a secure and stable environment. 


They were previously residing in the Mpazi River area in Nyarugenge District, formerly known as Dobandi (De bandits) in Rwanda.
