Rivers Cr!sis: Fubara must issue a formal apology to the members of the State Assembly for withholding their salaries for two years, as well as to the former LGA chairmen whose allocations he seized, acknowledging the injustices they faced under his actions. 


Genuine reconciliation cannot occur without addressing these grievances through justice, as any attempts at reconciliation without accountability may only intensify existing tensions and dissatisfaction among those affected.

  He came to Angola at 17 when "discipline was enforced by hickory stick, ax handle, and leather strap." Robinson's original sentence for r-p€ was VACATED, but he ended up with a life sentence for killing a prisoner who assaulted him. Robinson defended himself from sexual assault and other violence. He then went on to commit other violent acts, attacking a guard and stabbing another man, all of which were inevitable to him. "Robinson had no regrets. Said if he had done anything different, he would probably be dead. Adaptability is key to survival. He adapted to the jungle to which he was exiled, became part of it. Early into his prison sentence, a third of Robinson's body was burned when a man attacked him with lighter fluid and flame.
