Elon Musk is leaving his role in the Trump administration


 Elon Musk, a key adviser to President Donald Trump who oversaw the U.S. DOGE Service, said Wednesday that he is leaving the administration after leading a contentious effort to reshape the federal bureaucracy and slash government spending.

Musk wrote on his social media platform, X, that his "scheduled time" as a special government employee had come to an end.

As my scheduled time as a Special Government Employee comes to an end, I would like to thank President @realDonaldTrump for the opportunity to reduce wasteful spending.

The longest-serving man, Sammie Robinson, Jr., was in prison for over 40 years.

  He came to Angola at 17 when "discipline was enforced by hickory stick, ax handle, and leather strap." Robinson's original sentence for r-p€ was VACATED, but he ended up with a life sentence for killing a prisoner who assaulted him. Robinson defended himself from sexual assault and other violence. He then went on to commit other violent acts, attacking a guard and stabbing another man, all of which were inevitable to him. "Robinson had no regrets.
